Primos Wiki

Dolly is a possessed doll that belongs to LotLot. She uses Dolly as a play doll during tea parties and, in some cases, to scare her primos.

Background[]

Dolly makes her first major appearance in "Summer of La Muñeca," where she serves as LotLot's cherished comfort doll. During a tea party, Tater interrupts to ask LotLot if she can borrow Dolly to scare her primos away and get some much-needed alone time. Though hesitant, LotLot eventually agrees and lends Tater the doll.

As the day progresses, Dolly mysteriously moves around and even disappears at times, causing Tater considerable unease. Troubled by these strange occurrences, Tater convinces Buela Ramirez to perform a exorcism on Dolly, hoping to uncover the source of the doll's eerie behavior. Throughout the exorcism, the tension builds as everyone becomes increasingly convinced that Dolly is possessed or haunted.

It is only at the climax of the exorcism that LotLot steps forward and reveals the truth: she was the one orchestrating all the spooky events involving Dolly. LotLot had been moving Dolly around and making her disappear to play a prank on Tater. This revelation brings a mix of relief and amusement to the group, and Tater learns a valuable lesson about trust and the power of imagination.

Trivia[]

  • Despite the fact that Dolly's movements throughout "Summer of La Muneca" was just LotLot moving her around, in later episodes Dolly is shown to be alive such as staring at Scooter in "Summer of El Futuro" and even fully moving on its own alongside Duendelyn the garden gnome in "Summer of Segundos".
