Heather "Gordita" Humphrey is a recurring and supporting character in Primos and the little sister of Cousin Bud. She is voiced by Natasha Kline, who also voices Chacha.
Background[]
Gordita is a young, intelligent and science-minded girl with a sharp intellect and a passion for experimentation. Her poor social skills often lead her to act without considering others' consent, causing unintended friction. Cynical by nature, she doubts the effectiveness of her brother's eco-friendly efforts, believing they have minimal impact on the environment. Despite her skepticism, Gordita is exceptionally intelligent, capable of solving complex problems with ease. She is also pragmatic and willing to negotiate with anyone, demonstrating a flexible and analytical mindset.
Appearance[]
Body[]
Gordita is a petite, light-skinned girl with a unique appearance. Her brownish-silver hair, styled in a messy ponytail, adds to her distinctive charm. Bright green eyes peer out from behind round magenta glasses, giving her a slightly owlish appearance.
Clothing[]
She dresses comfortably in a long-sleeved grey shirt paired with a maroon scarf for a pop of color, blue pants and grey socks. Sometimes she wears boots the same color as her socks.
At night, in the latter half of the seasion, her nightwear will change depending on the phase of the moon. When it's a crescent moon, she wears a grey nightdress with short, puffy sleeves and matching slippers. When the moon is full, she wears a floor-length silvery as the moon nightdress with long, puffy sleeves, a frilly silver collar and cuffs, a placket with twelve small buttons on it, frills on the bottom, and a small silvery as the moon bow on the chest. Underneath, she'd wear a silvery as the moon underdress, matching frilly ankle-length bloomers, matching silk ballet slippers in a low heel, and a silvery as the moon bow headband to match. Additionally, her hair is down.
As a kid when she went to the beach, she wore a red tanktop and black shorts.
Trivia[]
- In the pitch bible, Gordita was referred to as Rosita.
- Gordita is an unusual name for the character as it is Spanish for "little chubby girl" as well as a dish. In many Latin families, children are typically given unusual nicknames at birth, usually revolving around their appearance. Even if they grow out of it, the nickname will stick with them throughout their life. It's possible that Gordita was named so due to being rather chubby in infancy.
- She somehow has built a fully functioning hi-tech laboratory underneath the Humphrey's dining table.
- She is voiced by Natasha Kline, who created Primos and also voices ChaCha.
- In the episode "Summer of Cuadros" she's been seen using an inhaler when doing physical exercise, revealing her to be asthmatic.
- In "Summer of Los Bots", it is revealed that she had built a satellite with a lethal laser that flies around the earth.
- Apparently, she is an albino girl.
- All we know about his parents is that their names are Felipe and Eleanor. Eleanor is Bud's sister (Tater's father), which would explain why her son is also called Bud.
- In Summer of Tater Luna, it is revealed that she likes manga, particularly those about gundams.
