Gwennifer Malfeo is an antagonist in Primos, the older sister of The Skid and Tater's worst enemy. She is voiced by Maya Morales.

Gwennifer is the embodiment of malice cloaked in a Pigeon Scout uniform—or at least, that’s the reputation she cultivates with meticulous care. Known for her toughness and ruthlessness, she has made it her mission to terrorize our protagonist, Tater, since they were toddlers. Her Resting Sneer Face has become legendary, always poised to transform into a smirk that serves as the prelude to a perfectly timed, biting comeback. With her two loyal Pigeon Scout minions perpetually at her command, Gwennifer orchestrates cruel pranks and sinister plots with the precision of a seasoned general.
However, beneath this ironclad exterior lies a surprising secret: Gwennifer harbors an intense crush on Tater’s cousin, Bud. With his easygoing, granola-loving vibes, he is the only person who can penetrate her icy façade. In his presence, Gwennifer’s usual confidence crumbles; she stumbles over her words, becoming an endearingly awkward goofball who can barely manage a coherent sentence. The swagger that typically defines her vanishes, replaced by a shyness she would do anything to hide from the world. When she’s around Bud, her characteristic nastiness gives way to a bashful demeanor; she blushes and fawns over him in a way that starkly contrasts with her typical behavior. This duality not only adds complexity to her character but also hints at the possibility that beneath her malicious exterior lies a girl yearning for connection, making her both intriguing and relatable.
As soon as Bud leaves the room, though, Gwennifer’s mask snaps back into place. Composure regained, she slips seamlessly back into her role as the queen of mean, barking orders at her minions and tightening her grip on Tater. Much like her brother, Gwennifer exhibits a notorious obnoxiousness and blatant disrespect toward others, including the Ramirez-Humphrey family. In "Summer of Super No Entiendo 64" and "Summer of Gwenship," her penchant for bullying and tormenting other kids, especially Tater, is highlighted.
In "Summer of Las Tóxicas", Gwennifer is seen taking up archery, though she's not very good at it, nor does she take being massively outclassed by Serena very well, as she rages from seeing Serena get bullseye after bullseye. Gwennifer finds great solace in bossing her goons around, so when they take advantage of her weakness for Cousin Bud, and make Serena join the Pigeon Scouts she ends up feeling alone and lost, to the point where she'd consider teaming up with Tater just to get things back to they way they were. Eventually, Serena willingly dropped out on her own terms, preferring actual friends over business partners, giving Gwennifer the opportunity to regain leadership. In "Summer of Sueños", she can be seen with Skid and Carolina, selling dangerous fireworks in front of Quakey's.

Gwennifer is a young, slender and tan-skinned Latina girl with short dark brown hair arranged in pigtails, black eyes with big lower eyelashes, and eye-bags.
She’s usually seen dressed in her Pigeon Scout uniform, though she's also seen wearing a red hoodie when she briefly formed an alliance with Tater.
