Lucita Perez is a recurring and supporting character in Primos. She is voiced by Sarah Tubert. She is the little sister of Lita and Scooter.

Lucita is an irresistibly cute and 3-year-old little girl, but there's much more to her than just her charming exterior. Beneath her sweet demeanor lies a keen intelligence and a remarkably supportive nature. She is a source of comfort for her older brother Scooter, especially when he succumbs to his frequent bouts of anxiety. Lucita seems acutely aware of Lita's reckless tendencies and often acts as a grounding influence within their dynamic.
Despite her generally kind-hearted nature, Lucita occasionally reveals a more manipulative side. However, her intentions are never malicious. Instead, she employs her cunning to make a point or to teach someone a valuable lesson. Lucita is also incredibly gifted. At the young age of 3, she can read (Tater points out she read 12 picture books), speak in English and Spanish, and knows ASL. She wears hearing aids, which might indicate that she has trouble hearing or may be deaf (like her voice actress). Lucita looks up to Tater and volunteers at the library alongside her.
Additionally, Lucita has a strong connection with her other cousins, especially ChaCha. She is often seen with ChaCha, who sometimes carries her or holds her on her head. This close bond with ChaCha further emphasizes Lucita's importance within the family and her ability to form deep and loving relationships with those around her.

- Lucita's original name was Cookita but it was changed to Lucita after complaints about the name sounding too similar to the Spanish term for a female's privates. Completed episodes would be redubbed to change the name along side the theme song.
- Lucita was the original name for Toñita in the original pitch pilot before being renamed.
- In the original edit of "Summer of Tater", when hearing the name Cookita, Nellie exclaims "Cookita? That's gotta be a nickname," implying that its odd origin was intentional.
- Lucita wears hearing aids as a reference to her voice actress Sarah Tubert, who is also deaf.
- Lucita lacks her hearing aids in the original pitch-pilot, implying that she wasn't hearing impaired originally.
- Lucita was the only primo that did not appear in the original pitch bible; she was not added until after the series was picked up.
- Despite this, the clothes that ChaCha/Mija wears in the pitch bible was later given to Lucita.
