After Bibi reveals the Primos are staying the summer in Tater and Nellie's room, Tater makes a room agreement forum and tries to make the primos sign it.
Plot[]
Tater recaps that she wanted to have the summer to herself, but her overly sunny mother, Bibi decided to invite her primos (cousins) to come and stay. To make matters worse, they will all be staying in Tater and Nellie's room, meaning that Tater won't be able to have any time to herself. Nellie resigns herself to embracing their new living arrangement, but Tater wants to ensure that she will have some peace of mind. Realizing that the primos have not moved in just yet, she decides to enact a roommate agreement of some kind so that they won't bother her. Nellie in the meantime joins "Tio-Con" to get out of doing bellhop duty.
Tater creates the agreement and goes to every primo, having them sign without looking at them, and being forced to carry their things upstairs, leaving them in the hallway. Just as Tater gets the last one to sign, they is confronted by all of them who are angered by the contents that basically prevent them from doing anything at all. Tater holds their luggage hostage while Gordita breaks the lock on the door (the combination was Tater's SSN) and locks Tater out of her room. Lucita is sent out to get their luggage back, but Tater overcomes her cuteness. Big Nacho reveals that they have her diary, leaving Tater devastated.
Tater sneaks into her room, via the vents, but is caught. When the primos realize that their luggage is unguarded, Tater grabs her diary, only to once again get kicked out of her room. She comes to realize that the primos did not open her diary and she is left to sulk by playing Diplomats & Domains by herself. Gordita comes out and begins playing with her and is soon joined by the rest of the primos are excitedly watch. Tater finally relents on the roommate agreement and the primos reveal that they built a hovel for her in her room so that she can have alone time. When Nellie and the adults arrive and see the mess, they play another round of Diplomats & Domains to decide who will clean the hall.
It's not right to feel jealous of someone who took something that you truly liked. It's important to feel happy for them and care about them.
Sometimes people who take something from you may have a little surprise for you.

The Cookita version of this episode, along with "Summer of Tater", leaked online early on September 18, 2023, via a short-lived mega.nz link.[1] It would later re-leak on May 30, 2024, in a better video quality.[2]

The visual text when Tater's talking about "hard work" reads "MACHO!" instead of "ABSOLUTE UNIT!" This is present in one of the official press screencaps as well.
Diplomats and Domains was called Dictators and Domains, and the additional blurb of text refers to democracy, rather than negotiations. The main Dictators lettering also has a drop-shadow, which is absent on the Diplomats cover.
Tater asking Cha Cha about help with her luggage is shortened slightly, removing Tater's formal "Hi" greeting.
The far-left edge of the screen as Tater yells at the other primos about sending Cookita to her was fixed.
A scene where Tater kisses her panda doll's cheek is cut out, although a brief bit of audio of Tater kissing can be heard in the official release.
Tater's line "So it's really come to this, huh?" was replaced with a sigh.
Lita saying "That wasn't cool" was cut, as was a brief moment of silence between Cousin Bud and Big Nacho's dialogue.
The Lucita/Terremoto version of this episode would later leak on September 11, 2024 along with other early versions of the first few episodes, however the links were removed via DMCA.
This version is nearly identical to the Hacienda version, except the aforementioned far-left edge wasn't fixed yet, and the Dictators and Domains name is still used.
Allusions[]
The Big Bang Theory - Tater's roommate agreement might be a reference to the series The Big Bang Theory, where the character of Sheldon Cooper is obsessed with notarizing.
Dungeons & Dragons - Diplomats & Domains title is an obvious nod to Dungeons & Dragons while the gameplay sounds similar to Risk.
In the original leak, the game was called Dictators & Domains. In fact, the subtitles of the YouTube upload still bear the original leak's name.
The Lord of the Rings - When the primos allow Tater to use their things, Lita exclaims, "... and my axe!" This is a reference to Gimli from The Lord of the Rings.
Etch A Sketch - Twisty Knob Drawing is a reference to the Etch A Sketch.
Fantasia - Tater's fantasy at the beginning has her imagining herself as an angry monster resembling Chernabog.
